Terms of Use

By accessing PROTOCOL_27 ("the Experience") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Experience.

1. The Experience is fiction

PROTOCOL_27 is an interactive narrative puzzle / work of fiction. All characters, "agents", systems, documents, ratios, reserves, and any references to "real-world assets", tokens, or value are fictional and part of the story. Nothing in the Experience is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation, or a representation about any real asset or security.

2. No warranty

The Experience is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to attack, overload, exploit, or disrupt the Experience or its infrastructure beyond ordinary intended play.
• Do not use automated systems to abuse endpoints or extract rewards in a manner inconsistent with intended play.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content (including in any nickname field).
• We may restrict or revoke access — including by IP — at our discretion, including as part of the Experience's intended mechanics.

4. Optional reward

The Experience may, at the operator's sole discretion, make an on-chain reward available to a participant who completes it. If offered:

• Any reward is provided "AS IS" with no warranty of value, transferability, or fitness. Blockchain assets are volatile and may have no value.
• A reward may be claimed only once and may be unavailable, already claimed, withdrawn, or modified at any time.
• You are solely responsible for the security of any keys or assets you obtain, for any wallet you use, and for any taxes or legal obligations arising from receipt.
• We are not responsible for loss, theft, mis-transmission, network fees, chain failures, or any inability to access or use a reward.
• Participation where prohibited by law is void. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Never share your own private keys or seed phrases. We will never ask for them. Treat anything obtained through the Experience as untrusted until you have independently verified it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of assets, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Experience or any reward. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $0.

6. Indemnity

You agree to hold the operator harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Experience or violation of these Terms.

7. Changes & governing terms

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Experience.
